Why Theme Your Booking Page?

Your booking page is often the first interaction anglers have with your charter. A branded, professional-looking page builds trust and increases conversion rates. Instead of a generic form, anglers see your colors, your style, and your brand identity.

Plan Availability

Theme presets are available on all plans. Custom colors require Professional or above. Full customization (fonts, layouts, custom CSS) is available on Enterprise plans.

Theme Presets

Guidewinds includes several professionally designed theme presets that you can apply with one click:

  • Ocean: Cool blues and whites — clean and calming
  • Sunset: Warm oranges and golds — inviting and adventurous
  • Forest: Deep greens and earth tones — natural and outdoorsy
  • Midnight: Dark theme with light accents — modern and sleek
  • Classic: Neutral grays and whites — professional and universal

To apply a preset, go to Dashboard → Settings → Booking Page → Theme and click on any preset to preview it.

Pro Tip

Preview your booking page after applying a theme. Visit your public booking URL to see exactly what anglers will experience.

Custom Colors (Professional+)

On Professional plans, you can go beyond presets and set your own brand colors:

  • Primary color: Used for buttons, links, and highlights
  • Accent color: Used for secondary elements and hover states
  • Background color: The main page background
  • Text color: Primary text color for readability

Enter your brand hex codes or use the color picker. Changes preview in real-time so you can see the result before saving.

Accessibility

Guidewinds automatically checks color contrast ratios when you set custom colors. If your combination doesn't meet accessibility standards (WCAG AA), you'll see a warning with suggested adjustments.

Full Customization (Enterprise)

Enterprise plans unlock the full customization suite:

  • Custom fonts: Upload your brand fonts or choose from an extended library
  • Layout options: Adjust the booking page layout, header style, and footer content
  • Custom CSS: Add your own CSS overrides for pixel- perfect control
  • Custom logo placement: Position and size your logo exactly how you want it

Brand Consistency Tips

Match Your Website

If you have an existing website, use the same colors and fonts on your booking page. This creates a seamless experience when anglers click through from your site.

Keep It Simple

The best booking pages are clean and uncluttered. Let your trips and availability do the talking. Avoid overly busy backgrounds or too many competing colors.

Test on Mobile

Most anglers book from their phones. Always check how your themed page looks on a mobile device before going live.

Pair with Custom Domain

A themed booking page on a custom domain (like book.yourbusiness.com) creates the most professional impression. See the Custom Domain guide to set one up.
